Please review these policies before reserving your appointment.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment. The deposit is applied toward your remaining service balance. A spot is held after booking, but it is not fully confirmed until the deposit is received.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and a new $25 deposit is required to rebook.
No-shows forfeit the $25 deposit and must pay a new deposit before another appointment can be reserved.
